Before You Open a Ticket

To get help as fast as possible, have the following ready:

  • ✅ The name of the product you need help with

  • ✅ A description of the issue or question

  • ✅ Any error messages from your server console or browser

  • ✅ Your server framework (ESX, QBCore, standalone, etc.)

  • ✅ Proof of purchase if it's a paid product

Describe your issue

Describe your issue clearly and include any error messages.

Our team will respond as soon as possible.

Tips for a Faster Response

  • Be specific — "it doesn't work" is hard to help with. "The script starts but players can't open the menu and the console shows attempt to index a nil value" is much easier to fix

  • Share your console output — copy and paste errors from your txAdmin console or bot terminal

  • Don't ping staff — just post your message and we'll get to it

  • One ticket per issue — don't combine multiple problems into one ticket
